The Personal Responsibility for Safety (PRfS) gap analysis/system checklist tool is now available for use online via the Step Change website. The tool is intended to be used in conjunction with the Step Change PRfS guidance to identify gaps in a company's systems in relation to the 9 elements of PRfS.

The online tool will calculate the maturity level for each of the 9 PRfS elements as well as an overall maturity index. The assessment results can be saved and compared with a future assessment enabling companies to monitor improvement progress.
