“Do You Know Your Marine Operations?” has been compiled to raise the level of safety awareness with those personnel on offshore installations who are involved in day-to-day vessel activities.

The book is written in a style that challenges the knowledge of the reader.The marine related questions seek to prompt debate and to focus on“who” is accountable to do “what”, “where” and “when”.You will notice that many of the questions are not answered; many of the responses will be unique to the individual installation and particular activities on-going at the time.

In seeking the answers it is hoped the reader will better understand and manage the health, safety and environmental risks.If you do not know the answers, you have a responsibility to find out.
