As offshore installations reach the end of field life, the decommissioning era starts. Deconstruction activities are potentially more hazardous than those of construction e.g. lifting redundant equipment and dropped objects.
This checklist has been produced following involvement in the decommissioning of a concrete structure in the UKCS and captures some of the HS&E related learnings.
