OIM and Supervisors Network resources

As OIM´s and line supervisors you are key to delivering a Step Change in Safety both offshore and onshore. Through your active participation we can move our industry towards its vision of making ´the UK the safest place to work in the worldwide oil and gas industry´.

We understand that you´re busy people but you´re also in positions of safety leadership. You can make a difference at the ´sharp end´ through communication, workforce engagement and ´making things happen´. To support you in this role we have created this OIM & Supervisors Network resource area. We want you to use this area to share issues, best practice and learnings.

The Step Change Support Team will post good practice as we hear of it but the ultimate success of this resource depends on contributions from the OIM and Supervisors Network members.
