Ian Aitchison, Step Change in Safety Support Team Leader

Ian is seconded from Aker Solutions, is an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), HS&E Manager and has recently managed an offshore decommissioning project.
Ian determines the support team activities by identifying the tactics needed to turn the strategies set by the Leadership team into reality.

Mechelle Gordon will be on 12 months maternity leave until May 2009.
Willie Gibson has returned to PSN following a three and a half year Step Change secondment.
Russell Robertson has returned to Transocean (formerly GlobalSantaFe) following a two and a half year secondment.
